HOW IS THE DELIVERY GOING?

All our packages are sent with tracking, by UPS transport or by La Poste Colissimo for normal delivery and Chronopost (see Chronofresh) for express delivery.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?

Payment by credit card or bank transfer.
Our site is subject to a security system to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to means of payment. 100% TRUFFLES guarantees you a risk-free and confident purchase. Your bank details are encrypted and transmitted directly via a secure connection to Crédit Agricole. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a problem with the goods.

You have the right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt, provided for by law, to return the items to us without having to justify a reason. The return costs will then be at your expense, and only the price of the product (s) purchased will be refunded. The products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back.

When you have entered into a purchase (contract), you normally have to go through with it. However, in certain circumstances for distance selling, the law gives you a way out. For the more and more widespread distance selling, the law gives rise to a protective regime for the consumer. You have a 14-day withdrawal period. However, not all products are affected by this provision. It excludes, in particular, perishable foodstuffs (fresh truffles).

From the date scheduled for delivery, you have 60 days to notify your decision. we no longer speak of withdrawal but of automatic resolution; this means that the contract and its effects are annihilated.
